Heritage
It was in 1960 that Jacques Bruneau, founder of Trovac Industries Ltd (ITL) first set out to design and develop the central vacuum system that would surpass all other competitors. In 1976, he launches the Cyclo Vac brand. A leader in the Central Vacuum Industry, Cyclovac central cleaning systems are a recognized brand leader in their home country of Canada. As the company continued to grow, ITL established their first distribution center in British Columbia (Canada) in 1989, and in 1990 in Treffieux (France). Recognized as a world leader in the industry, ITL continues to stand out against the competition.

As demand has grown for central cleaning systems here in the US, many manufacturers and distributors seek to find quality power units versus units manufactured overseas in countries whom had a reputation for making lower quality products in the floor care business. Today Trovac Industries builds quality power units in North America for its own brand, Cyclovac and other labels including PowerStar, Tacony (Simplicity and Riccar Brands) and Aggresor Products. These brands/models vary in some features and finish color, but all share the quality components and build now synonymous with the Trovac/Cyclovac name.

With the finest quality components and assembly our Aggresor central vacuum gives you maximum cleaning power, generating a minimum of 533 airwatts up to an amazing 1110 airwats with the dual motor A12 model. With our unique anti-vibration molded motor gasket and our one of a kind soundproofing concept Aggresor power units are astonishingly quiet with sound emissions starting at only 61 decibels. With the power unit located away from the living area, your environment is even quieter - most won't even notice when the unit is functioning.

Filtration
The best quality double-layer self-cleaning permanent filter system captures dust mites, pollen, microbes and other tiny particles. The first layer is made of nylon and prevents dust from sticking. The second layer is made of Fibrotex, chosen for its superior filtration qualities that filter particles as small as 0.1 micron. The air exhausted by Aggresor power units is cleaner than the normal air in your home, making Aggresor vacuums a healthy choice. The A9 and A12 models also feature filters that are treated with the unique Ultra Fresh antimicrobial process. It attacks odors instead of masking them, and resists deterioration caused by mold, fungus and bacteria. Due to these antifungal and antimicrobial properties, the air is cleaner and thus healthier - a must for allergy sufferers.

Convenience & Safety
The dust is collected in a large receptacle, away from the living area. Being of a convenient size, the dust receptacle doesn't need to be emptied frequently, and is firmly held in place by two easy-to-access first-quality tempered zinc coated clasps allowing for easy removal and fastening. While the A4 model is equipped with a disposable bag dust collector, the full-size units are bagless. All models can be converted to a paper bag collection system if so desired. Among its many other features each unit is equipped with an air-relief safety valve to protect both the user and the vacuum unit. The Aggresor central vacuum power units are covered by the Aggresor Products warranty. Service is available directly from Vacdepot for warranty and after warranty care.
